What it takes to make one Shalom QT book

Before one Shalom QT book reaches the world, many volunteers share their artwork, design and edit the pages, refine the manuscript, translate and review the content, and pray together.

Because people willingly share their time and gifts both in visible and unseen places, each Shalom QT book can be made and carried to communities around the world.

As we look ahead to the six Shalom QT books planned for 2027, we give thanks for every person who has helped prepare them.

Preparing the 2027 Shalom QT edition

We are currently preparing a revised 2027 Shalom QT edition. We are first reshaping the overall framework of the QT book around the Korean edition, and many people are offering their valuable service throughout this process.

An artist generously shared the artwork for the covers. An editorial designer who has faithfully served the Shalom QT ministry for more than 15 years is contributing through design and editing. Volunteers responsible for editing and proofreading the Korean edition are carefully refining the manuscript so that missionaries and pastors from different denominations can use it together.

The editorial team is also working through a four- to five-month editing process to establish the book’s overall structure and strengthen its quality.

Based on the completed Korean edition, translation and review teams in each country share their time and gifts to translate and publish Shalom QT in six languages.

As we look ahead to the six 2027 volumes, we give thanks for every volunteer who willingly shares time and gifts for the sake of one Shalom QT book.

From the hands that share artwork to those who design and edit, proofread, translate, and review the Word for people in many languages, each contribution offered in a different place comes together to complete one Shalom QT book.

Through these precious acts of service, we pray that in 2027 believers across the five oceans and six continents will meditate on and enjoy God’s Word each day with Shalom QT, allowing that Word to flow into their daily lives.

We give thanks and glory to God, who works through the service and dedication of every volunteer.
