Until a Meal Reaches the Site

Many hands and miles are involved before a warm meal reaches the field.

Warm meal sharing has started again in a new location, but food pickup still brings challenges.

The pastor who handled the first pickup found freeway driving difficult and served by taking local roads for a round trip of about two hours. It was a generous act of service, but the distance would be a significant burden to carry every week.

Beginning this week, a field minister will pick up the food directly. Please pray for safety along the route, and that ongoing pickup volunteers and a vehicle will be connected so the burden does not remain with one person.

At the last distribution, there was also slightly less rice than needed. Please pray that enough food will be prepared so every waiting neighbor can receive a warm meal without shortage.

From the hands that prepare the food, to the hands that pick it up, and finally to the hands of a waiting neighbor— may this bridge of love continue safely and faithfully.
